One Time Registration Fee: $15
Annual Fee: $140

- 20% discount on all dental services*—including teeth cleanings, fillings, dental crowns, and more
- Available to adults of all ages
- No maximum number of visits per year
- Up to $600 of discounts available annually.
- Invisalign treatment not eligible.
*Excludes already discounted full-mouth dental implants
