  • How do I schedule my appointment?

    You can schedule an appointment online here, or you can also give our team a call at 318-869-2593.

  • Do you accept insurance?

    Yes, our office accepts many major insurance plans, including Aetna, Cigna, Humana, Principal, United Concordia, MetLife, Guardian, and more. If you have an insurance provider that isn’t in-network, your coverage depends on whether or not your plan offers out-of-network benefits.

  • Do you accept Medicaid?

    No, currently we do not accept Medicaid or file Medicaid claims.

  • What type of financial support or payment plans do you offer?

    Our team partners with CareCredit, Sunbit, and Proceed Financing to offer financing options to help you pay for your treatment over time. Also, you can join our dental savings plan to save on essential care. We have single membership and family membership options.

  • What hours is your office open?

    Here are our office hours:

    Monday: 8:00 am – 5:00 pm
    Tuesday: 8:00 am – 5:00 pm
    Wednesday: 8:00 am – 5:00 pm
    Thursday: 8:00 am – 5:00 pm
    Friday: 8:00 am – 1:00 pm
    Saturday: 8:00 am – 5:00 pm (emergency scheduling via phone call only)
    Sunday: 8:00 am – 5:00 pm (emergency scheduling via phone call only)

  • How early should I get to my appointment?

    It’s best to arrive at our office for your appointment at least 10 to 15 minutes before your scheduled time.

  • What do I need for my first appointment?

    For your first appointment, please bring X-rays you’ve had taken at previous dental offices (if applicable), a list of medications you’re currently taking and a summary of any medical concerns or conditions you have, and your dental insurance information (if paying through insurance). A parent or guardian must accompany all patients under 18.

  • Does your dental office treat children?

    Yes, our team does offer pediatric dental services for children and teens.
