"I can truly say this is the best dentist office in Shreveport/Bossier. When you first walk in you are greeted with warm welcomes and smiles. Dr. Benjamin is the first dentist ever to call and introduce himself to me the day before my appointment. He assured me that I was going to be taken care of, and he didn’t disappoint. They listened to me, were very compassionate, understood my needs, made me feel comfortable and most of all made me feel like family. I wish I could remember everyone’s name so I can shout everyone out. I am excited for the treatment plan that I will start soon. I will be glad to see my before-and-after pics."

The appointment was very thorough, and I truly appreciated how they explained everything and listened to my dental goals. I never felt rushed and felt genuinely heard. "My visit was exceptional!! Everyone was very friendly and kind from the minute I walked in the door. I loved that Dr. Kacos called the day before to meet me and discuss my dental needs. Dr. Kacos and Tara were fantastic. They explained all of my options and answered all of my questions very thoroughly. Haylee was so sweet and very helpful in the finance department! "Such a wonderful dental office! Everyone was incredibly kind and welcoming. I never felt rushed and truly appreciated how comfortable they made me feel throughout my visit. It’s not often you leave a dentist appointment feeling relaxed, but this place absolutely delivers. Both Dr. Kacos and Dr. Patel are extremely knowledgeable, and Michaela, my dental assistant, was fantastic as well. I would highly recommend this office to anyone looking for a great dentist!"

"Dr. Kacos and Kallie are by far a dream come true for people who fear dental work. Everyone in the practice is kind, considerate and most of all compassionate. I cannot impress enough how they have elevated so many deep rooted fears I had from experiences as a child and young adult. Not only do they listen to you they HEAR you.
