Meet Dr. Sean Patel
Dr. Sean Patel’s path to dentistry started with his mom. Growing up, she went years without the dental care she needed, and by the time she finally got full denture implants, he’d already seen how much that wait had cost her. He shadowed the dentist who treated her, and when he was asked to help make the mold for her procedure, something clicked. He realized that dentistry wasn’t just about teeth; it was about giving people their lives back.
Originally from Houston, TX, Dr. Patel graduated from the University of Texas at Austin (Hook ‘Em Horns!), where he studied Biochemistry and Business. He worked as a research assistant at UT Health Science Center in Houston before earning his Doctor of Dental Medicine from LMU College of Dental Medicine, graduating at the top of his class and completing over 250 hours of continuing education as a student.
Dr. Patel is the first dentist in his family. Outside the office, he enjoys an active lifestyle, whether that’s on a run, at the gym, or on the pickleball court, so that he can fuel his food addiction. Dr. Patel is a certified “foodie” and enjoys experiencing culture through cuisine or recreating dishes in his kitchen.
