What to Bring
Please bring the following to your first visit:
- Any recent X-rays (or have them sent from your previous dentist)
- A list of your current medications
- Details about any medical conditions or concerns
- Your dental insurance information, if applicable
If you’re under 18, you’ll need to be accompanied by a parent or guardian.
Insurance and Financing Information
You deserve high-quality dental care that fits your budget. That’s why we accept most insurance plans and offer flexible financing options, including CareCredit®, Sunbit, and Proceed Finance®, to help make your care more accessible.
Insurance Providers
We accept many major insurance plans, including Aetna, Cigna, Humana, Principal, United Concordia, MetLife, Guardian, and more. If your plan is out-of-network, coverage will depend on your specific benefits. Our team will handle filing and tracking your claims to help you maximize your coverage, and we ask that you bring your insurance card to each visit to keep your information current.
Please note, Medicaid is not accepted and claims are not filed for Medicaid.
